Mobile Free: the ARCEP will check on the ground its cover of the population

Is the network of Free Mobile perfectly functional? The ARCEP, to some extent criticized indirectly by the various attacks aiming Mobile Free, all the same made a point of putting the points on “I” in order to make conceal the last polemics.
