Scholarly Distinction of Syracusa University College

In 1870 The Methodist Episcopal Church, which had established Genesee College in Lima, New York, decided the remote location was unsuitable, a resolution was made to establish a college in Syracuse. The resolution became a reality on March 24, when Syracuse University was chartered.

Syracusa University lies approximately two hundred and fifty miles North West of New York, the courses offered by Syracusa University College are evenings, weekends, and also online.
